At Stay Sunny Prints Hub, all products are made-to-order and fulfilled through trusted international production partners. Shipping availability, timelines, and restrictions are outlined below.

1. Order Processing Time

All products are custom-made.

Production time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping estimates begin once your order has been fulfilled and dispatched.

Shipping times displayed at checkout are estimates only and not guarantees.


2. Free Shipping Promotion

We may offer free shipping promotions.

Free shipping is applied only when a valid coupon code is entered at checkout.

If a coupon code is not entered before completing payment:

  • Shipping charges will apply.
  • We are unable to retroactively apply free shipping or refund shipping charges after checkout.

Free shipping promotions may:

  • Be limited to certain regions
  • Be limited to certain order values
  • Be withdrawn or modified at any time without notice

3. Countries We Ship To

We ship to most countries worldwide. However, due to legal restrictions and carrier limitations, we do not currently ship to:

  • Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions (Ukraine)
  • Russia
  • Belarus
  • The Gaza Strip region (Palestine)
  • Ecuador
  • Cuba
  • Iran
  • Syria
  • North Korea

These restrictions may change based on international regulations or carrier policies.


4. Limited Shipping Regions

Due to ongoing regional conflicts and carrier restrictions:

  • Orders to Ukraine are limited and may only be fulfilled from our Latvian facility.
  • Orders to Kosovo are also limited and may only be fulfilled from our Latvian facility, with restricted product availability.

Shipping availability in these regions may change without notice.


5. Product-Specific Shipping Restrictions

The following products are not shipped to:

Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, and Taiwan:

  • Tough Cases
  • Snap Cases
  • AirPod Cases

If an order contains restricted items for these destinations, the order may be canceled or modified.


6. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

For international shipments (outside the United States), customers may be required to pay:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • VAT
  • Clearance fees

These charges:

  • Are determined by the destination country
  • Are not included in the product price or shipping cost
  • Are not collected by Stay Sunny Prints Hub
  • Are the sole responsibility of the customer

Customs authorities typically calculate duties based on:

  • The declared retail value of the product
  • The type of product
  • The destination country’s import thresholds

Failure to pay customs fees may result in the shipment being returned or destroyed. Refunds will not be issued for orders refused due to unpaid customs duties.


7. Shipping Disruptions

Shipping restrictions and delivery timelines may change due to:

  • Natural disasters
  • War or political instability
  • Customs delays
  • Carrier service interruptions

Some carriers may temporarily suspend service to certain regions.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or events outside our control.


8. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Unclaimed delivery
  • Refusal to pay customs
  • Failure to collect from a pickup point

Reshipping charges will apply.

If the returned item is not claimed within 30 days, it may be donated without refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.


9. Delivery Estimates Disclaimer

All delivery timeframes provided:

  • Are estimates
  • Do not include production time
  • Are not guaranteed

We do not offer compensation for delays outside our direct control.

Shipping availability and restrictions may change based on global events, regulatory changes, or carrier policies.

We reserve the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time.

Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

11. Force Majeure

Stay Sunny Prints Hub shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”).

Force Majeure Events include, but are not limited to:

  • Acts of God
  • Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, fires, storms)
  • War, armed conflict, invasion, terrorism, civil unrest, or political instability
  • Government actions, sanctions, embargoes, or trade restrictions
  • Public health emergencies, epidemics, or pandemics
  • Labor strikes or workforce shortages
  • Supply chain disruptions
  • Carrier interruptions or transportation failures
  • Customs delays or import/export restrictions
  • Power outages or telecommunications failures
  • Cyberattacks, system failures, or infrastructure disruptions
  • Actions or omissions of third-party service providers or fulfillment partners

In the event of a Force Majeure Event:

  • Order fulfillment and delivery timelines may be extended.
  • We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or cancel affected orders.
  • Refunds, if issued, shall be limited to the amount paid for the affected product(s).
  • We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from such delays or failures.

Our obligations shall resume once the Force Majeure Event has ceased and normal operations can reasonably continue.
